Job description

Public Spaces/Custodian (Maintenance)

The Custodian/Maintenance staff is responsible for cleaning the lobby and public restrooms, washing and folding laundry, and assisting other staff in preparing checkouts to be guest-ready. They are also responsible for the maintenance of facilities and grounds. Additionally, they respond promptly to all emergency situations, including police, fire, water, electrical outages, water line breaks, and other emergencies.
