Concord Hospitality is seeking a Houseperson to assist in our Housekeeping Department and maintain the hotel’s public spaces. You will make rounds, support with heavy lifting, report issues, and provide guests with attentive service to ensure a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move supplies.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds through the halls each shift to ensure public areas are clean and tidy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to assist with heavy lifting and priority requests.
• Report missing or found articles and any signs of damage or needed repair.
• Provide attentive service to guests, answering questions and securing additional help when needed.
