Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport is seeking a Public Areas Attendant to maintain cleanliness of hotel spaces and respond to guest requests. Strong guest service and communication skills are essential to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with housekeeping, assist with laundry and supplies, and ensure public areas remain pristine for guests and staff throughout shifts in Renton, WA.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of the public areas and washrooms to required standards.
• Restocking towels in gym/pool areas and cleaning assigned spaces.
• Responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly.
• Assisting housekeeping with cleaning, laundry, and supplies as needed.
• Ensuring the facility remains clean at all times, including back-of-house areas.
• Providing friendly guest service and addressing concerns or complaints.
