Job summary

PAH Management is seeking a Houseperson to maintain the hotel's public spaces and support the housekeeping team at our Charlotte, NC property. You will clean lobbies, hallways and restrooms, restock closets, and assist Room Attendants by delivering linens and supplies to ensure a guest‑ready environment.

This position requires a friendly, service‑minded attitude, the ability to follow safety procedures, and the stamina to stand and walk for long shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends,

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and supervisors.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Previous housekeeping, hospitality, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel public areas in accordance with standards.
• Assist Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, and supplies.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service needs.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
