PAH Management in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Houseperson to maintain hotel public spaces, support the housekeeping team, and uphold our high guest-service standards.

The role requires physical stamina to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays; prior housekeeping experience is preferred and pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 hourly.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and supervisors.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Preferred: housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience.

Responsabilités

• Public Area Cleaning and Maintenance: clean and maintain hotel public areas per standards.
• Assist Room Attendants by delivering linens, towels, and supplies.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
• Restock housekeeping closets and inventory; transport soiled items as needed.
