Responsibilities

• Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are clean and presentable, with furniture arranged appropriately.
• Plant Care: Check and maintain plant pots, ensuring they are free of debris.
• Surface Cleaning: Keep tables and surfaces dust-free and free of stains.
• Elevator Cleaning: Regularly inspect and clean guest elevators to ensure they are tidy and presentable.
• Public Phone Maintenance: Check and clean public phones to maintain hygiene and appearance.
• Glass Cleaning: Clean all glass doors and windows to ensure a clear view and a welcoming entrance.
• Carpet Maintenance: Vacuum all carpeted areas in public spaces to keep them clean and inviting.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins in the reception area and other public spaces throughout the hotel.
• Floor Maintenance: Keep all floors clean and free from dust and footprints.
• Restroom Supervision: Maintain cleanliness and order in both the ladies' and men's restrooms, ensuring they are stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap.
• Pool Area Management: Ensure towels in the pool area are stocked and organized for guest use.
• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to promote a friendly atmosphere, encourage feedback, and build rapport to enhance the overall guest experience.
