Soho House & Co in Malibu is seeking a Public Space Attendant to keep lobbies and public areas spotless and inviting for members and guests. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to address guest requests while promoting a positive image.

Key duties include daily walk-throughs, cleaning duties, assisting housekeeping, stocking supplies, and following health and safety regulations. The role offers full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of proven cleaning/housekeeping experience.
• Ability to handle cleaning chemicals and supplies safely.
• Ability to understand and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Detail oriented with a proactive, positive attitude.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine walk-throughs to maintain tidiness and cleanliness in Club, Rooms, Spa, and F&B spaces as applicable.
• Stock and supply designated areas; dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and clean restrooms.
• Assist housekeeping with room cleaning and deep-clean procedures.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and place proper signage where required.
• Document daily inspections and maintenance; handle minor repairs and organize stock room.
• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs; dispose of refuse and maintain storage areas.
• Collaborate with team, while also able to work autonomously as needed.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
