Qualifications

• Proactive in maintaining cleanliness and guest areas.
• Strong attention to detail to uphold standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Ability to work with guests and team members respectfully.
• Willingness to assist hotel operations during busy periods.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform cleaning tasks for long shifts.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, entrances, and guest-facing areas.
• Perform routine cleaning: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, trash removal.
• Monitor public spaces and respond promptly to cleaning needs.
• Restock restroom and public-area supplies to ensure consistent presentation.
• Report maintenance concerns, safety issues, and lost-and-found items to leadership.
• Support housekeeping and hotel operations during busy periods.
• Follow hotel cleanliness, safety, security, and service standards.
