Job summary

Azul Hospitality seeks a Public Area Attendant to maintain guest-facing spaces in our California hotel. You will clean lobby areas, restrooms, corridors, and the fitness center, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and handling trash as part of daily operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, preferred hotel housekeeping experience, and strong attention to detail. Reliable, customer-focused, and able to work varied shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Prior hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
• Excellent customer relations skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties in public areas, storage areas and administrative areas.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobby, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and fitness center.
• Dust furniture and fixtures, vacuum floors, mop floors, and dust and polish surfaces.
• Empty trash, clean/wax floors, and remove debris from sidewalks and entrances.
• Assist in deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Maintain clean staff break areas and administrative offices during shifts.
