The Partnership for Public Service offers a DC-based hybrid internship program designed to develop leadership and coordination skills within the Workforce team. Interns will support internship and fellowship programs across early career talent and employee engagement portfolios.

Applicants should be detail-oriented, with strong time management and written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership, project management and coordination skills by helping the Workforce team deliver internship programs.
• Learn about project management, event planning, data collection, relationship management, proposal development, marketing and customer service.
• Develop research skills through a variety of projects.
