Partnership for Public Service's Public Service Leadership Institute (PSLI) seeks interns to support leadership development and business development. Interns focus on one primary area while gaining exposure to program delivery, policy discussions, and government leadership interviews.

The role emphasizes communication, research, event planning, and content creation, with responsibilities spanning agendas, recaps, social content, and LMS-based course support.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Canva or content creation is a plus.
• Interest in public service and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Support PSLI leadership development and business development activities.
• Research leadership and innovation topics for programs.
• Draft event recaps and social media content.
• Assist with marketing and outreach, including LinkedIn.
• Contribute to the rollout of eLearning courses via the LMS.
