Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare cases for court and handle daily courtroom dockets.
• Prepare pleadings, conduct legal research, litigate motions, and conduct hearings.
• Try cases in jury and bench trials and communicate with law enforcement and agencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the State’s Attorney.
