The Iowa Department of Corrections-Central Office is seeking a highly motivated leader to manage the department’s Division of Investigative Services. This role provides leadership and oversight for all departmental investigations, institutional critical incident reviews, and the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA).
This Public Service Manager 1 position supervises and manages the Division of Investigative Services, an independent bureau responsible for daily supervision and work evaluation of a team of four Investigator 3’s, statewide oversight of investigations, PREA coordination, and multi-agency collaboration. The position is based in Des Moines and is not eligible for remote work.
