Responsibilities

• Initiates timely face-to-face responses to screened-in reports of alleged child maltreatment and conducts safety assessments.
• Develops and implements safety plans to address identified safety concerns.
• Conducts diligent search to locate child/family when contact is unavailable.
• Utilizes Solution Based Casework (SBC).
• Collaborates with families to develop Family Functioning Agreements and Action Plans.
• Maintains cross-agency partnerships to create systems of support for children and families.
• Ensures visits with children and families occur with appropriate frequency and quality.
