Responsibilities

• Provide client advice and all aspects of litigation for WSP programs.
• Litigate cases before the Office of Administrative Hearings, and occasionally district, superior and appellate courts.
• Prioritize tasks and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Draft pleadings and legal advice, and consult with WSP personnel during hearings.
