Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale government website redesigns from planning through production launch.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of ADA Title II and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors and professional services firms to drive delivery.
• Experience developing or implementing web governance frameworks and digital change processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead or serve in an execution role on multi-year government website redevelopment projects.
• Coordinate with public-sector stakeholders across multiple groups.
• Drive delivery with external vendors and internal teams to meet milestones.
• Ensure accessibility and compliance throughout design and rollout.
• Attend in-person meetings and workshops in Jackson, MS as required by the project schedule.
