Job summary

Responsibilities

• Process Vendor Forms and KidTraks User Agreements for all DCS vendors and updates.
• Resolve vendor-related inquiries and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Advise supervisor on account status and assist in budgeting and policy development.
• Reconcile financial records and respond to audits.
