Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and try cases assigned with full responsibility.
• Draft complaints, responses, motions, and legal briefs/memoranda.
• Conduct discovery, gather evidence, and prepare witnesses and exhibits.
• Manage case calendars, scheduling, and court filings; issue subpoenas.
• Coordinate with agency officials and outside parties as needed.
