Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is seeking an experienced training professional to design and deliver classroom-based programs for public sector clients. You will conduct needs assessments, develop curricula and materials, and facilitate workshops for staff and welfare-to-work participants.

• Works in partnership with Trainers in training development and delivery.
• Monitors, evaluates and records staff/participant progress.
• Supports staff through coaching and development of participants.
• Ensures PCG objectives and monthly goals are met and that contractual goals are supported.

Duties And Responsibilities

Required Skills

• Knowledge of MS Windows, Excel and Word preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience in a classroom setting; taught workshops, seminars etc. 1-2 years' experience teaching adults
• Knowledge of the needs and characteristics of adult learners.
• Must have competent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be computer literate and have MS Word, Excel, Access, PPT and Internet skills. Ability to learn specialized databases and software systems.
• Ability to recognize and maintain the confidentiality of all materials in the work setting.
• Ability to work across all levels of management and staff.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with federal, state and county agencies as well as the general public.
• Ability to partner with and motivate participants including those with both physical and/or mental disabilities.
• Display a professional level of empathy for participants and respect for cultural differences.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience in coaching and development preferred; At least 2 years of experience in training/workforce development

• Required in Office Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.

Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, role, skill set, and level of experience.As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $70,304 - $75,900. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role.
