Job description

Public Sector Territory Manager

Jabra is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Public Sector Territory Manager to develop, maintain, and grow our partnerships within the state and local government, education, and healthcare sectors in the Texas region.

This role will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with partners who serve the public sector, driving revenue growth, and ensuring Jabra’s solutions are well-positioned within this market.

We are seeking a leader/specialist who will be tasked with delivering results that make a significant contribution to a department or project delivery.

This individual will be responsible for delivering operational plans and setting day-to-day team objectives, delivering the business policies and programs within a defined specialist area, and resolving day-to-day issues/escalation points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the sales performance of a given field sales territory or given account(s)
  • Accountable for achieving sales targets and related KPI’s as agreed with the manager
  • Accountable for developing the base of actively buying customers in the territory/with the account(s) by deploying appropriate sales support tools
  • Territory/account management incl. customer mapping, call planning, call preparations and follow through
  • Provide thorough product knowledge to customers incl. differentiation to competition
  • Provide hands-on product support to customers
  • Perform business and customer analytics and identify and manage sales opportunities
  • Plan and support marketing support to customers
  • Customer Relationship Management planning and reporting as well as other admin duties

Required Qualifications:

  • Education Bachelor level or relevant sales related training/certification
  • Minimum 6-10 years of commercial outside sales experience – at least half in Public Sector
  • Competencies in MS Office, and Customer Relationships Management Systems
  • Proficient English and Bi-lingual in some situations (preferred)

Pay Transparency Notice

  • Depending on your work location, level of experience, and specific skillset, the target annual salary for this position can range up to 85K base, with a variable to increase the total compensation that is dependent upon sales goals met. Details of salary structure can be discussed during the interview process.
