Qualifications

Responsibilities

Translate between technology initiatives and mission requirements with senior agency stakeholders.
Facilitate discussions to identify priorities and elicit clear decisions.
Develop and maintain a living technology roadmap aligned to agency priorities.
Oversee advisory teams as a matrixed leader coordinating agency technology portfolios.
Monitor vendor contract performance and elevate failures to deliver on standards.
Identify, assess, and communicate technology risk to non-technical leaders.
Align OIT services with customer expectations to achieve high satisfaction.
Develop outcome-based performance agreements with agency stakeholders.
