Job summary

Cyware is hiring a Technical Account Program Manager (Public Sector) to own post-sale success for federal, state, and local government customers. You will lead program delivery, coordinate with SIs, and ensure adoption of Cyware's Cyber Fusion platform across multi-phase deployments.

The role requires deep knowledge of IDIQs, government contracting, and secure collaboration with agency stakeholders. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for executive briefings and customer

Qualifications

• 10+ years in public sector account management or program delivery.
• 5+ years dedicated to federal or public sector customers.
• Fluency in government compliance and authorization frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, RMF/ATO).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for public sector customers through onboarding to renewal.
• Own program delivery timelines, milestones, risk tracking, compliance, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate with Cyware, the customer agency, and SI/reseller to align scope and schedule.
