Job summary

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree and 1+ years of consulting or analytics experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to develop accurate, well-organized written deliverables and presentations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support public sector clients by conducting analysis, developing recommendations, and helping implement improvements.
• Gather information through interviews, focus groups, surveys, document review, and dataset review.
• Develop well-structured client deliverables such as findings and recommendation summaries, strategic plans, and status updates.
• Translate complex information into clear written narratives and visually effective presentation materials.
• Assist with planning and facilitation of client working sessions and day-to-day operational meetings.
• Build and sustain relationships with clients and colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.
