Job summary

Pega is seeking a Solution Designer Lead Business Architect to serve as the senior business advisor on client engagements with federal, state, and local agencies. You will connect strategy, user needs, and operational realities to design systems that deliver mission impact.

You will guide discovery, architecture, and organizational change, partnering with agency leadership and delivery teams to ensure outcomes align with priorities and value realization.

Qualifications

• Maintains active Pega Business Architect certification.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale transformation initiatives for government or large organizations.
• Skilled in discovery leadership, facilitation, stakeholder management, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end business architecture and transformation direction for assigned client engagements.
• Lead discovery strategy and business architecture for complex U.S. Public Sector engagements.
• Lead executive workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions to identify mission priorities and transformation opportunities.
• Guide agencies in defining business outcomes, success measures, adoption goals, and value realization strategies.
• Own business outcome realization by ensuring discovery, solution design, adoption, and organizational readiness remain aligned.
• Lead organizational change discussions and identify adoption risks and cultural barriers that may impact success.
• Partner with Lead System Architects to ensure mission objectives and technical architecture remain aligned.
