Job summary

Celonis seeks a Public Sector Services Manager to lead 10+ consultants and project managers delivering Celonis deployments across North America. You will drive services sales cycles, project scoping, and service proposals while ensuring strong customer engagement and adoption of the Celonis platform.

You’ll partner with Sales and Value Engineering to maximize ARR and value delivery, while building a high-performance team and maintaining focus on measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading complex projects as a Program Manager or Director.
• Experience in Public Sector with CTO or senior executives.
• Proven leadership in BI/analytics project delivery.
• Track record of leading complex transformational programs.
• Understanding of Celonis product to lead consultants/managers.

Responsibilities

• Sales: position services, support ACV land and expansion.
• Delivery: manage projects across large customers, ensure on-time, high-quality deployments.
• Value & Adoption: drive rapid ROI and adoption plans with onboarding and training.
• Product: enable deep product knowledge and best-practice implementations.
• People: lead 5–10 consultants and PMs, hire and coach.
• Partners: build strategic partner relationships in the region.
• Practice: recruit and develop a high-performing services team.
