Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and admitted to the bar.
• 2–4 years of experience with public sector clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication with persuasive drafting.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research to support senior counsel and clients.
• Advise clients on Right-to-Know Law, Sunshine Act, Ethics Act.
• Represent clients in zoning matters and variances.
• Draft documents for collective bargaining and public sector labor.
• Advise on public bidding, contracting, and real estate issues.
• Attend school district, municipal, and board meetings; appear in court as needed.
• Assist with local tax issues and ordinance drafting.
