Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and consulting experience.
• Proven experience supporting public sector organizations at the local, state, or federal level.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration and administration.
• Experience working with Salesforce Shield and platform security best practices.
