Job summary

Huron Consulting Group Inc. seeks a skilled Salesforce Developer/OmniStudio to join our Public Sector team supporting a federal civilian client.

You will design, build, and sustain Salesforce-based solutions in a highly regulated environment, collaborating with stakeholders and partner teams to deliver secure, modernized platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep Salesforce/OmniStudio expertise, familiarity with Apex, LWC, APIs, and agile methods, and the ability to operate in a multi-partner

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer or Salesforce Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Hands on experience delivering solutions with Salesforce OmniStudio.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, and Bulk API integrations.
• Experience with SOQL, Salesforce data modeling, and relational databases.
• Experience with modern development tools such as Visual Studio Code and Git.
• Strong understanding of Apex bulkification, governor limits, and performance best practices.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications using declarative and programmatic approaches.
• Build and support OmniStudio solutions, including Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, OmniScripts, and FlexCards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support enterprise platform transformation and sustainment across a distributed delivery environment.
• Develop solutions that meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements for federal clients.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain secure SDLC practices.
• Assist with integration across enterprise platforms using APIs and middleware.
• Produce technical documentation and user guidance.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and support production environments.
