Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for diverse operational and high-volume roles.
• Communicate proactively with managers and candidates to set expectations and ensure transparency.
• Deliver a seamless, equitable candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Use multiple sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
• Manage multiple high-volume requisitions with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ensure recruitment processes align with Talent Acquisition SLAs and city rules.
• Identify and raise process issues to reduce friction for candidates and staff.
• Uphold equitable and compliant hiring practices in ambiguous situations.
• Contribute to citywide talent priorities and process improvements.
