Job summary

State of Montana Department of Administration is seeking an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and collaborating on hiring decisions.

This role works closely with department leadership and HR Business Partners to proactively identify hiring needs and ensure jobs are classified properly in compliance with applicable standards. A bachelor's degree and certification are required, with six months to obtain if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in human resources, business administration, public administration, or a related field; plus three or more years of related work experience.
• Certification to perform job classifications for the State of Montana is required; if not held, obtained within six months of starting.

Responsibilities
