Job summary

Red Hat's Public Sector Services team is seeking a Project Manager with a Top Secret clearance to deliver solutions that address our clients' business challenges by actively managing high‑complexity technical implementations and enablement of best practices. This on‑site role requires regular travel to client locations in the Washington DC metro area and beyond.

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, identify risks, present project collateral, and support revenue forecasting and invoicing

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience delivering technical consulting engagements for the U.S. Government.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a project delivery team.
• Ability to interface with executive leadership and manage client expectations.
• Willingness to travel weekly to client locations across the D.C. metro area and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from initiation through successful delivery of software services engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to bring projects to completion on time and within budget.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and resolve issues.
• Develop and present project collateral for stakeholders.
• Support accounting activities including burn reporting, revenue forecasting, and invoicing.
• Travel weekly, Monday-Thursday, to client locations as required.
• Develop innovative solutions leveraging open practice library methodologies and Red Hat policies.
