Job summary

Red Hat’s Public Sector Services team is seeking a Project Manager with a Top Secret clearance to deliver solutions for government clients through managing high-complexity technical implementations and enabling best practices. You’ll promote Red Hat’s open source solutions and rely on your project management expertise and strong communication skills across enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience delivering technical consulting engagements for US Government projects.
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from initiation through delivery of software services engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time, within budget and with high customer satisfaction.
• Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks and resolve issues.
• Develop and present project collateral for stakeholders.
• Support accounting activities for burn, revenue forecasting, and invoicing.
• Travel weekly to client locations (Mon-Thu) as required.
• Promote adoption of Red Hat solutions using open practice library methodologies.
• Interact with Resource Management, Operations, and Finance teams.
