Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of Project Management expertise, 4+ in a lead role.
• PMP certification required.
• Strong Microsoft Office applications skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to handle large data sets.
• Ability to drive projects within set timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Support federal, state, and California oversight requirements, including compliance reporting and audits.
• Lead and support project planning with work plans, milestones, and resource plans.
• Monitor performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Track and manage risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Prepare governance materials: status reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings.
• Coordinate across programs, vendors, and client leadership for integrated delivery.
• Support portfolio management, intake, prioritization, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate meetings and document outcomes and next steps.
• Analyze data to identify delivery risks and improvement opportunities.
