Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 4 years of construction field experience as PM/Engineer/QA Manager (for PM) OR 6 years for Senior PM.
• Senior PM requires degree plus 6 years in PM/Engineering/QA, or 15 years in PM/Eng/QA as alternative.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be willing to travel statewide.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects for state-owned facilities under supervision (PM).
• Manage special projects for state-owned facilities as directed (Sr. PM).
