Job summary

Unstructured is looking for a Public Sector Program Manager / Customer Success Manager based near Fort Bragg, NC. This role involves overseeing customer onboarding, managing technical integrations, and ensuring compliance with federal standards. Candidates should have experience in public sector environments, particularly within the U.S. Department of Defense.

Responsibilities include program management, customer advocacy, and navigating complex contracts. A SECRET clearance and familiarity with AI technologies are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of program management or customer success experience in public sector environments.
• Established relationship with USSOCOM or its components.
• Active SECRET clearance (TS/SCI eligibility preferred).
• Strong understanding of federal procurement and compliance.
• Familiarity with machine learning, AI, or enterprise software integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program delivery lifecycle for public sector accounts.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Manage contract execution and compliance.
• Guide customers through implementation and integration of solutions.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally.
