Job summary

NeoDym Technologies is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support NCDIT-T Web Systems and NCDOT. You will design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365, integrating APIs and databases to improve productivity for DOT users and customers.

This role emphasizes development over administration, focusing on building apps, automations, and integrations across development and production

Qualifications

3+ years Power Platform development and deployment experience.
6+ years Power Automate experience.
4+ years Power Apps experience.
3+ years SharePoint experience.
5+ years Microsoft 365 experience.
Experience with both Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
Experience integrating Power Platform with APIs, databases, and external systems.
Experience with ALM, governance, security, and deployment strategies.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy Power Platform solutions across development and production environments.
Build Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps based on business requirements.
Design and implement Power Automate workflows across Microsoft 365 and external systems.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Teams, APIs, databases, and third-party systems.
Develop custom connectors and advanced automation solutions.
Maintain, troubleshoot, update, and enhance existing applications.
Work directly with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Analyze and resolve technical issues affecting applications and workflows.
Apply governance, security, ALM, and deployment best practices.
Support reliable and scalable enterprise application development.
