This organization supports Huron at the enterprise level through six functions: sales operations, sales enablement, government and policy relations, contracts management, engagement management, and engagement assurance. Engagement management partners with delivery teams to execute contracts in compliance with regulations and policies.
The director oversees the public sector engagement portfolio, including federal, state, local, and tribal projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to standards. The role reports to the Public Sector PMO leader and collaborates with project managers, corporate functions, and engagement leaders.
Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, experience with government contracting or project management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Estimated base salary: $170,000-$225,000. Total with incentives: $212,500-$292,500. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, wellness programs. Salary details comply with applicable laws and are subject to change based on various factors.
