Responsibilities

• Create meeting minutes, action items, and next steps.
• Collaborate with developers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Develop software test plans and user guides.
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure system reliability and compliance.
• Train users on new and existing software systems.
• Contribute to project documentation including proposals, schedules, change requests, and closure reports.
