The role requires strong SDLC/Agile expertise, data analysis, and governance engagement across large IT programs. This contract position focuses on delivering value and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in business analysis for large IT systems.
• Experience eliciting requirements, writing user stories and design documents.
• Experience with SDLC procedures and agile delivery.
• Strong communication with executives, managers and SMEs.
• Ability to translate business needs into system requirements and cases.

Responsibilities

• Create, present and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria and design docs.
• Trace and prioritize changes to business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with decision makers, owners and end users.
• Analyze data to advise solutions and improve processes.
• Work in an agile framework to deliver value and adapt quickly.
• Guide governance, reporting and collaboration across IT teams.
