Qualifications

• Experience using the MyLearning system.
• Experience collaborating with Facilities Operations, Purchase Orders, or in a classified environment.
• Self-motivated problem-solver comfortable in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience with project management and self-management of projects.
• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office software.
• 3+ years of experience synthesizing information and creating reports.
• 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manages and provides staffing reporting for the program with Adaptive Planning.
• Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements and local information deployment.
• Provides data for management reviews and tracks plan execution for participants.
• Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources; delivers materials to senior leaders.
• Provides logistics for personnel seating and moves between buildings.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners, and customers to deploy onboarding and training.
