• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and policy administration in a public sector environment.
• Provide guidance to HR staff and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws, county policies, and collective bargaining agreements.
• Oversee HR programs and procedures and advise management on employee relations and labor matters.
• Support workforce planning initiatives and foster effective relationships across departments.
