Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality; time and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, reconciles, compiles, tracks, and processes accounting transactions for approval.
• Communicates with internal/external contacts to resolve discrepancies and ensure policy compliance.
• Prepares standard and customized financial reports and assists with budget-related documents.
• Maintains and updates files and supports data management systems.
• Handles payroll-related tasks including timesheets, data entry, and payroll inquiries.
