Qualifications

• Two (2) years of experience in election work, public sector service, or relevant field.
• Travel required 5% - 25%
• May require KS/MO driver’s license, depending on department or agency.

Responsibilities

• Election Operations Support: Assist in preparation and execution of election activities, including early voting and election day operations.
• Election Worker Coordination: Support recruitment, assignment, communication, and coordination of election workers.
• Training Support: Assist in coordination and delivery of election worker training programs.
• Logistics and Equipment Support: Assist with preparation, staging, deployment, and retrieval of voting equipment and supplies.
• Voting Equipment and Testing Support: Assist with election system preparation, including testing and equipment verification.
• Data Entry and Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records across systems, voter data and assignments.
• Customer Service and Communication: Serve as a point of contact for voters, candidates, election workers, and staff.
