Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive financial management experience.
• Experience in government, nonprofit, municipality, or public-sector environments preferred.
• Experience with state and/or federal grants.
• Strong budgeting and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and audits.
• Strong understanding of internal controls.
• Ability to manage multiple funding streams and reporting deadlines.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee, report, ensure compliance and financial planning for the organization.
• Review budgets, financial statements, financial reports and audits.
• Analyze financial performance and address fiscal concerns; develop corrective action plans.
• Establish and improve financial reporting processes, templates and internal controls.
• Manage state and federal grant budgets, reporting, funding requests and reimbursements.
• Monitor grant expenditures and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors; prepare required financial reports.
• Develop budgeting tools and reporting processes for leadership.
