The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage in a Client Focused role in Washington, DC. You will collaborate with global client teams, bringing digital and technology expertise to bear for government clients across sectors.

You will contribute to cases, proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials while traveling as needed. You will help mature intellectual property and mentor junior colleagues in a fast-paced public sector practice.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consulting experience in government digital or IT strategy.
• Candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a growing global team delivering value to clients via digital and technology expertise.
• Contribute on cases and proposals by providing relevant analysis and insights.
• Assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues and develop IP/assets for the business.
