Job summary

Holly, the HR platform for city and county government, is hiring a Deployment Strategist as we scale to 150+ government clients. You will own the full implementation journey—from kickoff at a county HR office to weeks of training and ensuring teams are confident using the product.

In this role you'll manage 2–3 simultaneous launches, work with public servants new to AI, and help expand the platform across the public sector with travel across the West Coast and beyond.

Qualifications

• Understanding how local government works and how to drive adoption of new tools.
• Strong project management with focus on timelines and outcomes.
• Ability to train and empower government teams to use the platform.

Responsibilities

• Launch government partners onto Holly from kickoff to structured training and onboarding.
• Stay close after launch: track usage, troubleshoot, and onboard new team members.
• Shape the product by surfacing patterns and suggesting features based on client needs.
