Job summary

RTC of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a data analyst to collect and analyze agency statistics, evaluate programs, and prepare reports for management. You will work with databases, ensure data integrity, and create presentations to support evaluation of operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (or related field) and one year of professional data analysis experience; a valid Nevada Class C driver's license is also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a closely related field and one year of full-time professional data analysis experience.
• Must possess and maintain a valid Class C Driver's License at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes agency statistics and information; prepares and/or analyzes and evaluates existing and proposed plans, programs and projects for their ability to meet agency objectives.
• Performs analysis and evaluation of existing or proposed agency services to include plans, programs, projects and policies.
• Utilizes databases of information to create agency reports; assures integrity of data; utilizes software programs for retrieval of historical data, requests for information, summary reports and ad hoc analyses.
• Composes reports and presentations as required for evaluation of agency operational functions.
• Discusses Business Intelligence needs with external and internal customers; identifies and documents data problems, needs, and issues.
• Operates a variety of office equipment and provides information and assistance to internal and external customers.
