• Experience with job evaluation, classification systems, and pay equity analysis.
• Excellent analytical, report writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a government consulting environment.

• Conduct salary benchmarking using comparable public agencies and labor market data.
• Review and evaluate current job classifications and compensation structures.
