Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multi-project municipal capital improvement programs from planning through occupancy.
• Provide Owner's Representative services for complex public-sector infrastructure and facilities.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and project closeout across multiple projects.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, quality, and regulatory compliance; mitigate risks.
