Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in an appropriate field of physical, biological, environmental science or public health.
  • Doctorate degree in an appropriate field of physical, biological, environmental or social science with significant supervisory/research experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience acceptable with master’s degree and two+ years of relevant work (if applicable).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary reporting liaison for Finance and Budget units.
  • Develop and maintain executive oversight reports.
  • Analyze Expense Budget and Capital Budget for trends, variances and risks.
  • Track facility cash operations, banking activity, payments processing, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for senior leadership and managers.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting templates using Excel for at-a-glance insights.
